What makes someone choose one company over another? Pay, benefits, training, work satisfaction, culture? What if you can have it all? At G2 Ops, we have extremely competitive pay and benefits but that is not even the best part. Our culture is what sets us apart from other companies. With us, you will not be another payroll number or a cog in the machine. We provide great value to our customers by working as a team and ensuring every member is set up for success. Our team approach allows for each member to not only provide value with their expertise but also gives them the opportunity to cross-train in other areas in which they have an interest.
Embracing AI. G2 Ops stays ahead of the competition by embracing the latest technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are looking for team members who are excited to explore and implement AI solutions that can improve internal workflows and deliver superior results for our clients. Whether you are reducing manual processes or developing predictive models, we provide the tools and support to make AI an integral part of your work.
Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 and goes up to $120,000, based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence awards for recognition, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!
So, you want to work from home? Let's be honest, remote work is not always all it's cut out to be. At G2 Ops, we offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our employees and customers. Due to the classification level of the projects we support, we are not able to offer fully remote opportunities at this time. As a Defense Contractor, we are frequently working with sensitive material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure.
You will have a shiny desk at our G2 Ops office, plus the opportunity to work at a military site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking and condensed work schedules with prior approval, but supporting the DoD, you will be required to work at a military site as well.
Here's the thing, we have worked very hard to create an awesome culture where our employees get to come to a collaborative, exciting office environment and we want you to join the fun!
Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Management Analyst. This exciting position provides the opportunity to work on advanced engineering teams using data analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques to support the U.S. Navy's engineering domains in cost, schedule, and performance. This person will conduct data collection, analysis, and reporting to support planning, decision-making, and execution across NAVWAR and PEO C4I programs. This role supports the development of engineering documentation such as certification letters and letters authorizing capabilities installs on naval vessels and shore facilities. This person will assist with preparation of briefs, reports, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and acquisition personnel to ensure integrated program support. Finally, we need this Management Analyst to facilitate and participate in working groups, reviews, and stakeholder meetings and ensure compliance with DoD, DON, and NAVWAR acquisition policies and procedures.
- What does this mean to you? We are seeking expertise in management and process analysis and someone who embodies the following:
- Technical Acquisition Proficiency: Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering requirements for certification and authorization documentation; knowledge of Navy SYSCOM organizational structure and decision authority chains.
- Strategic Communications and Collaboration: Skill in translating complex engineering concepts into clear acquisition language, experience facilitating productive meetings between technical SMEs and program leadership, ability to develop compelling program documentation that satisfies both technical and administrative requirements, and talent for building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups within the Navy SYSCOM environment.
- Adaptive Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate evolving program requirements while maintaining schedule integrity, experience implementing innovative acquisition strategies within DoD constraints, skill in identifying and mitigating technical and programmatic risks before they impact engineering deliverables, flexibility to adjust acquisition approaches based on engineering feedback and technical realities.
Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD SECRET clearance.
Quick Reminder, we are seeking a full-time team member; the continuation of outside employment shall not constitute a conflict with the Company’s interest, including performing work for a customer or competitor.
Congratulations, you made it all the way to the end of this job posting! We look forward to learning more about you!
